When you contact us
Enquiry forms collect the contact details and message you provide, along with the page, selected area, enquiry type and any campaign labels attached to that visit. Security records may include your IP address, browser information and submission time. These help us respond to your enquiry, understand its context and prevent abuse.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries are stored in the website’s private administration system. When delivery is enabled, an email notification is sent to the configured Bridges Real Estate recipient. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in a marketing newsletter.
Security checks and cookies
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile when configured to help distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes information needed for that check under its own privacy terms. The site also uses cookies necessary for sessions, form security and authenticated administration. Optional analytics are not enabled by default.

Share only information needed for the enquiry; please do not submit banking details or identity documents. To ask about information you have provided, or request access or correction, contact Chris through the details on the contact page. The final retention policy and business contact information must be confirmed before the site opens for live enquiries.
